 Regarding `py39-gwpy`: The two ports are `py39-gwpy` (the counts include
 the port itself) and `py-gwpy`. Let me know if you need more
 clarifications.

 Generally, I built the dependency graph from the output of ` port info
 --depends someport` (run for each port), keeping track of dependency
 types.
