Comment:

 Ruby 3.3.5 is available in the `ruby33` port. Renaming the current `ruby`
 port to `ruby18` isn't a bad idea, but the name can't be reused as a
 metapackage for at least a year to give users time to pick up the
 replacement when they upgrade.
