 the port already uses legacysupport I see, just have to change the blocker
 from this:
 {{{
 legacysupport.newest_darwin_requires_legacy 10
 }}}
 to this:
 {{{
 legacysupport.newest_darwin_requires_legacy 13
 }}}

 and give it a try.
