 Sure enough: On my system that line is commented out (as that
 {{{sudoers}}} file has been there a long time), but {{{sudoers.dist}}}
 doesn't have a comment on that line.

 I'm not sure when this was changed upstream: need to check the release
 notes.

 {{{--with-secure-path-value}}} can be use do set this correctly.
