 For context, please see #70461

 After daisychaining variants to opencv3, I identified eigen as one that
 might be a source of build fails specified in the above ticket

 This is the current state I have reached in getting opencv3 to build with
 variants: {{{opencv3
 @3.4.16_19+avx2+contrib+gdal+nonfree+opencl+openmp+openni+qt5+tbb+vtk}}}

 {{{eigen}}} and {{{eigen3}}} are successfully installed as standalone
 ports, but eigen continues to cause opencv3 to fail during the build phase
