 The `main` function in the developer tool jam doesn't define a return
 type, in violation of more recent C versions. Changes in tolerances Apple
 introduced prevents it from building on Sequoia/Clang 16.

 macOS 15.0 (24A335), Apple clang version 16.0.0 (clang-1600.0.26.3),
 MacBook Pro M3.
