 Thanks everyone. What's wild to me is that the contents are different for
 everyone, and they don't seem to make any sense. It's like a random subset
 of the old libc++ headers stays at that location after an update. We're
 looking into it, but for the time being the official workaround would be
 to remove `c++/v1` directory entirely.
