Comment (by the-man-machine):

 Caught the same problem, but, unfortunately, none of the workarounds in
 this ticket worked for me. macOS 15, latest Xcode from AppStore.

 Tried:
  * removing `/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools` and rebuilding
 everything without it (db48 doesn't find `sys/types.h`)
  * reinstalling Command Line Tools from the pkg and rebuilding everything
 (db48 now cannot find `iostream.h`, which is, uhh. what?).

 tmux, however, breaks in a different way, and says `error: call to
 undeclared function 'TAILQ_REPLACE'`. But ''most'' of the ports build fine
 (no matter without CLT or after manually reinstalling CLT).
