 As part of migration to macOS Sequoia, I attempted to upgrade MacPorts
 with {{{sudo port migrate}}}. As part of this, I ran into multiple
 problems, and one of which was {{{db48}}} failing to build.

 Following other tickets, I have attempted to completely remove and
 reinstall Command Line Tools, and it hasn't helped.
