 when trying install the diff-pdf port, the diff-pdf port is required as a
 dependency. This port fails to build due to the category "ScreenCaptureKit
 Requirement with macOS 15 SDK"

 ...

 Is it possible to temporarily block the diff-pdf port on this basis?
