 I forked the libgcc_s.1.dylib bug to
 https://trac.macports.org/ticket/70866 for MacPorts tracking purposes.
 Upstream discussion of that bug is indeed at
 https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=116809.
