 Josh was right. The log days:

 {{{
 fatal error: 'iostream' file not found
 }}}

 so this is a duplicate of #70750 and the solution at ProblemHotlist#clts16
 should work for you.

 macOS Sequoia is new. Many ports are not building on this OS version and
 need fixes. As always, file bug reports when you find something broken and
 we can try to investigate and fix it. If you need more stability than
 that, using an earlier OS version may provide it.
