 I noticed that the upstream patch limits itself to Darwin ≥24 (macOS ≥15),
 which leaves Xcode 16 on macOS 14 x86_64 unfixed. I left a comment about
 this upstream at https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=116809#c20.
