 Uninstalling a port with multiple installed versions used to allow a range
 of indices (or "all") to be specified.  That no longer works, which makes
 cleaning out old installs far more tedious.

 I don't know exactly which version broke this, but I'm pretty sure I've
 used it not ''too'' long ago, so it was probably 2.10.0 or 2.10.1 that
 broke it.
