Comment:

 There's no failure to compile in the log, the problem is this during the
 activate phase:

 :error:activate Failed to activate mecab-utf8: Image error:
 /opt/local/lib/mecab/dic/sysdic already exists and does not belong to a
 registered port.  Unable to activate port mecab-utf8. Use 'port -f
 activate mecab-utf8' to force the activation.
 }}}
 There's not really anything that can be done about this except to delete
 the conflicting file.
