 `port selfupdate` might issue a warning about unable to check updates for
 portfiles with some mirror sites since the mirror deny all requests
 without a useragent.

 It's known that https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn by TUNA don't accept
 requests without useragent recently.

 Workaround for MacPorts: set a useragent for curl isnewer
 ([https://github.com/macports/macports-base/pull/349  GitHub:PR#349])
