 Note that switching libpsl to python312 was
 [changeset:bc96f7421315785f0cc8d831129fa5936cc91645/macports-ports already
 attempted once] without regard for the above comments and it had to be
 [changeset:0db72b52a0832211249f18fa40631fece80d68c0/macports-ports
 reverted] because that broke things.
