Comment:

 From the upstream issue it sounds like the macOS 15.4 SDK is not
 compatible with gcc, so you would have to downgrade to an earlier SDK
 until gcc becomes compatible with it. If you want to know which Xcode or
 CLT versions contain which SDK version, see
 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xcode#Version_comparison_table

 We have also previously encountered the problem that a gcc built against
 one SDK doesn't necessarily work against another SDK; see #71241 for
 example.
