 `arc4random` was introduced in Mac OS X 10.7 so evidently (you didn't say)
 you are building on an earlier Mac OS X release and openiked is trying to
 use a compatibility implementation and it has a bug. You should report
 that bug to the developers of openiked so they can fix it and release a
 new version, to which we can then update the port. I see you've already
 done that: https://github.com/openiked/openiked-portable/issues/141
