Comment:

 The file ruff-0.11.5_0.darwin_20.x86_64.tbz2 on the server is corrupted;
 it is all zeroes. I'll get it replaced and try to figure out if any other
 files are affected.

 I would guess this is another consequence of the main build server
 [ticket:72328 running out of disk space] four days ago, which is when this
 archive was being processed.
