 GCC 15 was released today, and introduces a major change: the default C
 standard is now C23. This affects compatibility with existing programs due
 to the introduction of not only a native boolean type, but also native
 `true`/`false` boolean values that are distinct from `1`/`0`.

 For those of us who use toolchains provided my MacPorts to test our
 software, it would be very useful to get access to GCC 15.
