 Some new cyclic dependencies have crept in. Here's an example:

 {{{
 py313-jupyter_server -- lib dep -->  py313-nbconvert
 py313-nbconvert      -- lib dep -->  py313-jupyterlab_pygments
 py313-jupyterlab_pygments -- build dep -->  py313-jupyterlab
 py313-jupyterlab     -- lib dep -->  py313-jupyter_server
 }}}

 This cycle exists for all specific Python versions, down to py39.

 Let me know if you prefer that I open a new issue in the future.
