 Ryan, thanks for advice.  I will test the `touch` command with my
 strategy.

 An experimental port with Icon up to date is at https://github.com/Dave-
 Allured/macports-ports/actions/runs/13278164986.  This demonstrates only
 that the latest version can compile on MacPorts CI.  It still uses the
 original custom configuration, therefore Wrong Compiler, wrong libraries,
 etc.  It is a first step.
