 Yes.  That is a stand-alone build, not a MacPorts build, using a down-
 level Apple default compiler.  MacPorts wants to build and run with the
 latest stable releases of port, compilers, and libraries.  The reported
 errors in this ticket are coming from a MacPorts configured compiler.  You
 might be interested in the update discussion in #71946.
