 A call to 'sudo port upgrade outdated' on MacOS 10.13.6 through macports
 2.10.5 fails when the attempted build of openssl3-3.4.1_0 returns an
 error.
 I seem to recall that during its first failure the build looked
 unsuccessfully for a Java 'apt' executable that does not exist in Mac (as
 opposed to Linux) installations. That no longer seems to be the case; the
 log is attached.
 Just like the unfixed port of qt5-qttools (5.15.15_1) on 10.13.6, openssl3
 has many dependents that cannot now be upgraded either.
