 We have the [https://ports.macports.org/port/icu58/details/ icu58]
 portfile, it might be a good idea to use it in unsupported versions of Qt
 (like [https://trac.macports.org/ticket/71246 building OpenSSL with
 clang-11-bootstrap]).
