 When running upgrade outdated this morning on an imac running Ventura
 13.7.3, five ports were updated

 * ffmpeg
 * ffmpeg7
 * inetutils
 * py312-flit_core
 * svt-av1

 When this completed, libavif was reported as being broken, but rebuilding
 it failed (see attached log).  Two other macs I tested (both running
 sequoia, but one on intel and the other on arm) did not initially have
 libavif installed, but when installing was attempted after running
 selfupdate, both of those also reported  libavif being broken.
