 Without a rev-bump, this doesn't seem to be self-healing: Existing
 installations don't automatically pull in the new port, even after
 forcibly deactivating and reactivating the port. Nor does rev-upgrade
 catch it, since it's a runtime dependency.

 Was that intended...?

 Is that expected?
