 This is a request to update the `cmake-devel` port to 4.0.0-rc1. Since a
 major version might bring more breakage than usual, this is best done by
 the maintainers.

 I use `cmake-devel` from MacPorts to test that software I maintain builds
 without issues with new CMake versions. For this use case, there is great
 value in having easy access to new releases or even release candidates,
 *especially* when there is a higher change of breakage.

 Note: I checked whether a simple version bump is sufficient for the port,
 but it seems patches need updates too.
