 Turned out that it was #70750. Unfortunately, with every Xcode update this
 problem recreates itself - and since some ports do not mind it, it's
 rather difficult to keep it in mind and religiously {{{sudo rm -rf
 /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools}}} whenever something touches Xcode.

 Which is why I'm frustrated with maintainers' decision to **not** add
 {{{use_xcode yes}}} to the global {{{macports.conf}}} file, so that user
 could override the default behavior of going to
 {{{/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/}}} when it exists. ''Yes, I
 remember the arguments why they did not want it - I disagree with their
 reasoning''.
