 **gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad** fails to build on Sequoia arm64 while in
 the configure phase with the following error:

 `sys/applemedia/meson.build:42:21: ERROR: Dependency "CoreFoundation" not
 found, tried pkgconfig, framework and cmake`

 Please find attached the meson-log.txt log and the main.log.
