 Same as several other checksum mismatches you've reported lately, you can
 see there is a mismatch between the version number in the distname and the
 version number in the master_sites URL because for this subport the port
 calls `github.setup` twice. It needs to be restructured so that
 `github.setup` is called only once for any given subport.
