Comment (by ryandesign):

 Because the domain name is now owned by someone else and it redirects all
 URLs to something unrelated.

 The last archived copy of the homepage is:

 https://web.archive.org/web/20240808152721/http://www.nightproductions.net/cli.htm

 It says the software was last updated in 2005.

 The trash port is another software package that does the same thing.
