 Thanks a million! I had tried the approach given in
 https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist#clts16 (which removed just
 the c++ headers), but that was not a total solution. Doing a complete
 reinstall of the CLTs finally allowed me tp upgrade yt-dlp.
 (When removing just the c++ headers, as recommended in
 https://trac.macports.org/wiki/ProblemHotlist#clts16 , I did get cmake-
 bootstrap working, but then db48 failed.)
