Comment:

 Looks like it's failing to build php74 which is a dependency of
 php74-intl. You can try the workaround mentioned [ticket:70468#comment:1
 here] with a slight tweak:

 {{{
 sudo port clean php74
 sudo port install php74 configure.cflags="-Os -Wno-error=implicit-int"
 }}}

 Then run `sudo port rev-upgrade` again; that should fix the second issue
 you're getting.
