 You see, there are many places where someone coding a Portfile or
 PortGroup may assume that the CLTs are installed, with their SDKs, and
 then code to that. And there are ports that "burn in" their paths to SDKs
 and similar, and then when they don't exist, weird crap can happen.

 So it's best to be on a very clean, very standard, unmodified,
 unsymlinked-to-a-USB-drive, unhacked, garden variety system that matches
 in every way another person's system or the buildbot (once it exists for
 arm64). No modifications to anything.

 So that way when you get a build error, we probably all get a build error,
 and we can sort it out.
