 funny -- both meson and py313-meson are labelled as being "noarch", but if
 you try to install something like {{{glib2 +universal}}} that
 {{{+universal}}} still gets passed up the chain to python313, which has no
 reason to be universal, but gets the message to build as universal anyway.

 We've raised this kind of issue before... the outcome of that previous
 discussion was (IIRC) that there is simply nothing reliable that can be
 done about this.
