Comment:

 2.8.4 appears to have been [PortfileRecipes#stealth-updates stealth-
 updated]. I didn't find an [https://github.com/libsdl-
 org/SDL_image/issues?q=is%3Aissue upstream bug report] explaining why. The
 old and new tarballs have identical contents.
