 I installed `ld64-97 @97.17_9+llvm34 (active) requested_variants='+llvm34'
 platform='darwin 9' archs='ppc' date='2025-01-04T22:14:01+0100'` to get
 rid of at least one useless `Clang` versiosn. Possibly it was used
 successfully to `upgrade` some ports.

 IMO this issue can be closed.
