 I'm aware of an upstream issue between pkcs11-provider and other providers
 related to negative caching that can cause problems. This also affected
 wpa_supplicant's ability to connect to eduroam WiFi in Fedora 41, see
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2326839.

 Please try this again with no other, and especially no 3rd-party-
 providers, enabled.
