 Original `GCC 7` would need to install a handful new versions of `libgcc`
 which would be as useless as `GCC 7` itself. With `GCC 14` it builds and
 tests fine with `Perl 5.34 and 5.38` on `PPC Leopard, Mac OS X 10.5.8`.
 Other OS versions some time later…
