 For users impacted by this, a fix has been made. However, it will take a
 few hours for it to show up.

 So basically wait at least 3 hours, then run `sudo port selfupdate`. At
 that point, try to update your ports again, via `sudo port -N upgrade
 outdated'.

 And please let us know how it goes!
