 I face this issue while trying to install xcrsyden, which has "Togl-2.0"
 as a dependency.
 OS: macOS Sequoia
 Processor: M3

 Togl-2.0-2.0_0.darwin_23.arm64.tbz2 exists but not
 Togl-2.0-2.0_0.darwin_24.arm64.tbz2.

 I am attaching the
