 3.4.0 is the latest release. I don't really want to update to an
 unreleased in-between version. I can cherry-pick a patch, though.
 I'm guessing
 https://github.com/openssl/openssl/commit/5549fcd4783cb6c2a7f07e74505a2eea4939e5b1
 is the one that fixes this issue.

 Is this something you could test?
