 Sparse documentation in the C header files says that it's meant for
 `PostgreSQL Perl Module or support`. The problem is that I want this
 `variant with Perl` support, because it might be exactly right, necessary,
 for testing `p5.3?-dbd-pg` and `p5.3?-test-postgresql`.
