 Should be a matter of hours, but since you did the modification locally
 already and ran `sudo port upgrade`, it likely won't show up as outdated
 for you.

 You can run `sudo port -n upgrade --force openssl3` to force the rebuild,
 or you can re-activate the revision 0 openssl3 port (if you still have it
 installed) using `sudo port activate openssl3 @3.4.0_0`, then uninstall
 your testing copy using `sudo port uninstall openssl3 @3.4.0_1`, followed
 by your normal `sudo port upgrade outdated`.
