 The log says:

 :info:build error: rustc 1.78.0 is not supported by the following
 packages:
 :info:build   orjson at 3.10.14 requires rustc 1.82
 }}}

 So you can't use this version of this software on these versions of macOS
 because rust is held back to version 1.78.0 on macOS 10.12 and earlier.
