 That file isn't meant to be at that URL; as your output shows, the binary
 package `p5.34-crypt-des-2.70.0_0.darwin_17.x86_64.tbz2` is what is
 attempted to be fetched from there. When that fails, it falls back to
 building from source, which is what failed. As per wiki:FAQ#checksums we
 need to see where the file was downloaded from. Hopefully the main.log
 contains that information.
