 Sorry, but you need then to brush up on your Makefile skills ;)

 The issue is abundantly clear if you check how $(INC) is defined - it is
 missing any definition of the ROOT flags.

 I'm not going to fix this for you, for every makefile you have here, I do
 not have time, sorry. You need to do the leg work yourself here.
