 FWIW I can generate this error with a php build outside of macports when
 the xxhashlib is installed and I've pointed php at /opt/local. If I
 temporarily deactivate xxhashlib php builds fine. (insert obligatory
 comment hoping for trace mode to be the default at some point in the
 future). I suspect the build is finding the installed headers (where the
 field appears to have been renamed to bufferedSize) instead of the local
 ones (where it's called memsize).
